COOU Postgraduate Admission Form 2023/2024

Postgraduate forms for Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University, which used to be called Anambra State University, are now available for the 2020/21 school year.

The management of the Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University (COOU), Uli, School of Postgraduate Studies is looking for qualified applicants for admission into its postgraduate programs leading to the award of Postgraduate Diploma (PGD), Degree of Masters (MA, MBA, M.Sc), and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) Degrees for the 2020/2021 academic session in the following faculties:

Faculty of Agriculture

Faculty of Law

Faculty of Education

Faculty of Clinical Medicine

Faculty of Environmental Sciences

Faculty of arts – Including Philosophy & Religion

Faculty of Management Sciences

Faculty of Engineering

Faculty of Natural Sciences

Faculty of Physical Sciences

Faculty of Social Sciences.

 

COOU Postgraduate Admission Requirements

Check the Postgraduates Handbook, which is available from the School of Postgraduates Studies, to find out what the standards are for each department. Please remember that you need at least a Second Class Lower Division to get into the Master's Degree program. On the other hand, the average score for a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) is 3.5 at the Master's Degree level.

How to Apply for Graduate School at COOU

1. Visit the COOU gateway at https://portal.coou.edu.ng/

2. Click on the box that says "Graduate"

3. Click on Create Application Invoice

4. Make the bill using your phone number

5. Take your bill to any bank you want and ask for payment through Remita. Your debit card can be used to make a payment online.

6. Go back to the PG site and click on "APPLY FOR PG." Then, enter your payment RRR to move forward with your application.

Forms can be picked up at the School of Postgraduate Studies at the Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University (COOU), Uli and librarian Campuses for a fee of N10,000.00 only.
