 WAEC Timetable and Examination Date May/June 2023/2024

The May/June 2023 examination schedule for school applicants from the West African Examinations Council, WAEC, is now available. Therefore, the schedule is below for all candidates who wish to take part in WASSCE 2023.

The council has also specified the start and finish dates for WAEC. The WAEC 2023 timetable PDF is also available in this article. 

When will the WAEC of 2023 begin?

The WAEC exams start on Monday, May 8, 2023, and end on Friday, June 23, 2023 (for Nigerian students), according to the West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) for school candidates, 2023/2024. General Mathematics will be held on a date to be announced, and the English Language will be held on that same date.

1 pm: Woodwork 3 (Practical). – 4:00 pm. (2nd Set)

Thursday, May 10, 2023

9:30 am: Computer Studies 2 (Essay). – 10:30 am

10:30 am: Computer Studies 1 (Objective). – 11:30 am

Metalwork 3 (Practical): 8:30 a.m. to 11:40 p.m. (1st Set), 12:00 p.m. to 15:10 p.m.

Essay for Management-In-Living 2 from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m.

10:30–11:30 hrs. Management-In-Living 1 (Objective)

The Management-In-Living 3 (Test of Practical Work) will be held on Friday, May 12, 2023, from 14:00 to 15:00.

Essay in Additional Mathematics/Mathematics (Elective) 2 - 8:30 - 11:00 hrs.

14:00–15:00 Additional Mathematics/Mathematics (Elective) 1 (Objective)

from Monday, May 15, 2023, to Friday, June 9, 2023 (The Council will choose a day and time for each paper.)
