This is to let everyone know that the ECOWAS Recruitment Portal for 2023 is now open, and people have already started applying for jobs in Nigeria. 11. Show that you accept cultural differences, are fair, and can get along well with people from different backgrounds, nationalities, genders, ethnicities, races, and religions;
12. Know how different cultures work, especially in West Africa, and be sensitive to differences between groups; be able to question bias and show tolerance and empathy;

17. Knowledge of ECOWAS organizations, sectors, programs, and policies;
18. Know the rules and procedures for ECOWAS-related tasks and be able to explain them to others in a clear way;

20. The ability to break down problems or processes into their main parts so that gaps in service, quality assurance, compliance, and performance goals can be found and fixed;

23. Knowledge of how to use information and communication technologies.
24. Be able to speak and write fluently in one of the three official languages of the ECOWAS Community (English, French, or Portuguese). Having knowledge of a second language will be a plus.
25. The ability to make and carry out a personal action plan to reach specific work goals;
26. Find, organize, and keep an eye on jobs to make them easier to do;
27. The ability to work on projects and/or lead them according to accepted standards and methods for project management, and to coordinate the work of others so that deadlines can be set and met;

Information You Need to Know About ECOWAS Registration Dorm


1. The Consultant will be chosen based on a comparison of their resumes and interviews, and then they will be asked to negotiate before the Contract Agreement is finalized and signed. (Means of Choosing: Individual Consultant)

Consultants who are interested should pay special attention to Article 117 of the ECOWAS Procurement Code ("Infringements by Candidates, Bidders, and Awardees"), which talks about crooked or dishonest ways to win a contract or carry it out.
