 APPLY: Investec CSI Bursary Scholarship Programme for South Africans in 2023/2024


Investec offers full-cost bursaries to students in Grade 12 or their first year of college who want to study full-time for an undergraduate degree in Commerce, Business Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, a Commercial LLB, or Medicine (MBChB).

A scholarship from Investec is a lot more than just money to pay for your degree. Investec puts a lot of effort into making sure its students are well-rounded so that when they finish, they are not only academically qualified but also ready for work, socially aware, and active members of the economy who live in society and not outside of it.


There are a number of other scholarships that offer full scholarships and monthly allowances in the United States, Germany, the United Kingdom, and Canada. Here are some ideas you might want to look into;

Details of the scholarship:

Only students in Grade 12 or their first year of university are eligible for bursaries. Applications will only be looked at if they are fully filled out and have all the necessary papers.


Financial need and academic potential are the two main criteria used to choose applications.


Students who want to study any of the following fields are eligible for the Bursary Programme:


Actuarial Science (only first-year university students will be considered unless they are studying Business Science at UCT).

Economics, business economics, accounting, investments, and finance are all parts of commerce.

B.Com. Information Technology

B.Sc. in Computer Science B.Sc. in Information Technology

Bachelor of Technology in Information

Bachelor of Information Science Business Science Science and Math Engineering Commercial LLB

Degrees for doctors (MBCH)

Come from South Africa

Be in the 12th grade and already have a National Senior certificate

Have gotten at least a 50% in all of their classes, with at least a 70% in math (not math literacy) and either a 70% or 65% in English FAL or English HL.

Be in their first year and have gotten an average of over 60% on their first semester's tests.

Have sent in your application on time to the school you want to attend

Clearly state the name of the educational institution where you plan to study, the year of study, and the exact degree programme for which you are applying for a bursary.
