To apply for a job in civil defense, you need to have a certain set of skills. Depending on the job posting, these things can be different, but they usually include a mix of schooling and experience that would make you qualified based on these alone.
The person's suitability will be decided by looking at their resume or curriculum vitae (CV) and any other information they provide with their application, such as tests taken with Armed Forces Qualifications Test material. It should also say if candidates got security clearances during background checks done before they were hired, which ended with the NSCDC recruitment operation.
The person applying must be a citizen of Nigeria and have a valid form of ID, like a foreign passport, national ID card, or permanent voter's card.
The applicant must have a WASSCE, NECO, or NECO certificate with at least 5 credit passes in the core courses, including English language and mathematics.
People who want to be traders or tradeswomen must also have an OND, pass trade tests, and have a City and Guild Certificate.
At the time of application, applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 26. Male applicants must be at least 1.68 meters tall, and female applicants must be at least 1.62 meters tall.
A bachelor's or master's degree and a higher national diploma or a degree in another related field are also needed.
