2023 MTN Global Graduate Programme for Young African Graduates
The goal of the MTN Global Graduate Programme is to find, train, and speed up the careers of the best graduates from all of MTN's locations in Africa and the Middle East. The programme also offers a special opportunity that helps talented people move quickly into important positions at MTN.
In the same way, the MTN Graduate Development Programme includes both formal development in partnership with Duke Corporate Education and the MTN Academy and on-the-job development through full employment and placement in a strategically aligned role.
The formal part is made up of modules that are taught at MTN's three regional learning sites in Southern, Northern, and Western Africa.
