WAEC Result Checker: How to Check 2022 WAEC Results 

The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) has announced that the results of the 2022 West African Senior School Certificate test (WASSCE) for school candidates who took an internal test will be released. The 2022 WAEC Results are now on the WAEC results checking portal and can be viewed online with any device.

The organization in charge of the test says that 1,222,505 of the 1,601,047 people who passed the test got credits or higher in at least five topics, including English Language and Mathematics. That's about a 76.3% pass rate, which is lower than last year's 81% pass rate on the same test.

Candidates can check their results with the WAEC Result Checker by going to www.waecdirect.org or by sending an SMS message from their phones. No matter which choice you choose, you will need a WAEC scratch card to get the results.

Follow the steps below to use the WAEC Result Checker.

1. Go to www.waecdirect.org and log in to the WAEC Result Checker page.

2. Type in your Test Number.

3. Choose the type of exam, such as "May/June"

4. Choose an Exams Year, such as "2022."

5. Click the "Check Result" button.

1. Make sure your cell phone can connect to the internet.

2. You then go to www.waecdirect.org.

3. Type in your 10-digit exam number. 4. Type in your serial number.

5. Get ready for the exam year

Follow the steps below to use the SMS choice to check your WAEC results.

1. Open your SMS app on your phone

2. Type WAEC*ExamNo*PIN*ExamYear without putting a space between them.

Write to 32327.

3. Your WAEC statement of results will be sent to you right away in a message.

Note: Only MTN, Glo, and Airtel subscribers can use SMS to check their WAEC results. If you didn't get your WAEC score by text message, please try this step again. You may also have to pay to use the SMS service.

The first two choices are best if you want to print the results page. But if you just want to get your score quickly so you know how you did, the SMS choice will be very helpful.
