Mechanic Jobs In Canada With Sponsorship

Talented, customer-focused, and diligent service technicians are essential to Titan Machinery. Selected students can join one of our service teams under our Service Technician Sponsorship (STS) sponsorship program if they are starting or already completing a two-year Associate of Applied Science Diesel degree. Early-career diesel mechanics can receive professional, technical, and financial help via the sponsorship program.

PROGRAM INFORMATION

  • Tuition: Students who are sponsored by a diesel mechanic will be given a FULL academic ride. The money will be paid directly to the school to be put to the student's account and will be used to help pay for tuition, fees, books, and supplies.
  • Tools: According to the criteria of the technical programs in which they are enrolled, sponsored students will receive all tools and toolboxes.
  • Uniforms: Titan Machinery-approved uniforms will be given to sponsored students.

  • Employment: Students that are sponsored will be given part-time jobs. Throughout their education, they will have the chance to collaborate with our factory-trained service specialists. One will have the chance to work as a diesel mechanic full-time after successfully completing their curriculum and on-the-job training.

DEADLINES AND DATES FOR APPLICATIONS

  • Students should submit an application for Titan Machinery sponsorship at the start of their diesel program OR the semester they want sponsorship contributions to start.
  • Example: A student will submit a Fall application because their diesel program doesn't start until August.
  • Priority Application Consideration: Titan Machinery makes sure that student technician has the chance for mentorship, on-the-job mechanical training, and long-term success when they sign on with a dealership location. Prior to March 1 (Fall start) or December 1 (Spring start), students should apply to maximize their chances of being signed at their favorite dealership.
  • Titan Machinery keeps up with application reviews all year long, signing students when dealership interest and availability permit.
